Job Title: Life and Pensions AdministratorReporting to: Client Services Team LeaderDepartment: ProductThe role of the Life and Pensions Administrator is to manage the implementation, administration & compliance of new and existing products and to drive improvement in work processes and Company performance.General ResponsibilitiesUndertake any work assigned to you by the Company to the best of your ability.In your dealings with clients, colleagues, product providers and suppliers, adhere to the Company’s Code of Ethics:· Maintain a positive attitude· Assume good intentions· Look out for and support each other (listen, involve, trust, encourage)· Understand, commit, deliver· Challenge our own and others' negativity, assumptions, back-biting or breach of our Behavioural Standards· Effectively manage your own workload and time· Challenge the status quo and seek out opportunities to improve our product, service, and processes for the long-term benefit of the Company· Attend and engage in company meetings and weekly one-to-one meetings with your line manage· Answer incoming calls from new and existing clientsThe Role:Duties and ResponsibilitiesBelow is a list of the main duties and responsibilities of the role. This is not an exhausted list. Your duties and responsibilities may be changed from time to time.· To manage the implementation of product recommendations arising from the financial plans and effectively managing the products in the pipeline and taking them through to the policy issue stage.· Responsible for the compliance around new product implementation and existing products· Drafting of statements of suitability and issuing supporting documentation – fund factsheets, key information documents, provider customer guides etc to clients· Carrying out product implementation calls with clients and assisting in completing application forms to ensure applications are submitted promptly· Point of contact for new & existing client product queries· Policy reviews· Keying new business applications online and submitting paper copies to the product providers· Consistent contact with product providers and pushing applications through in atimely manner and identifying issues as they arise.· Updating our CRM software and logging all communications and updates to this· Proactive leadership of product campaigns· To have expert knowledge of investment/savings, pension, and protection products. If it is identified that training is needed in any of these areas, there is an expectation that you seek the necessary training on your own behalf to get up to speed.Skills and experience:· Must hold QFA qualification· Ability to work as part of a team· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook· Ability to be flexible and adaptable· Knowledge of WealthTrack and Voyant would be a significant advantageWhy work with us: Excellent remuneration packages availableHybrid, flexible working model in place22 annual leave plus company days5% employer pension contributions (following successful probation)Income protection (following successful probation)
