We are now recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team team in the Carriage House. This is a full time position . The Carriage House operation has been expanded and now caters for resident guests & non-resident guests divided across an evening steak house restaurant, all day dining space, a bar, a private dining room and a lounge. In addition to catering for hotel guests, Golf Club members, local residents and visitors to the Manor. This is an extensive F&B outlet and is the contemporary alternative to the Manor itself. Here we aim to create an atmosphere that is dynamic, eclectic with a modern twist whilst still upholding seamless 5 star service delivery. A large proportion of the business within the Carriage House will be drawn from a local audience and building these relationships will be key to the success of the outlet. We are looking forward to hearing from experienced candidates & for people as exceptional as the hotel itself.
