As an ISO9001 and AS9100 certified company, we maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to industry best practices to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionAs a Press Brake Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Providing leadership and guidance to the team Coordinating daily activities to ensure efficient production operationsTraining and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performanceMonitoring and managing workflow to meet production targets and deadlinesCollaborating with other departments to address any production issues or concernsEnsuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulationsReporting to upper management on team performance, production metrics, and any challenges faced In addition to the team lead responsibilities, the key responsibilities for Press Brake Operators/Setters include: Competently setting up and operating various models of Press Brake machinesProducing machined parts using Press Brake MachinesAssembling goods on production linesCarrying out basic quality and testing checksPacking goods for shippingMaintaining a clean and tidy work area, including equipment and storagePerforming preventive maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting malfunctionsParticipating in training and educational opportunitiesSupporting and maintaining quality standards and initiatives Please note Press Brake experience is required for this role, for more information on the role please apply or contact XXXX@Ohshima.ie
