About the Team The Maintenance Window Deployment Team is responsible for executiing two of our most business critical tasks - the weekly update and tenant management operations. These tasks involve rolling out our latest codeline across a multitude of servers, across a vast geographical landscape and various platforms, while also orchestrating system and networking changes within our contractual SLA timeframe.We're proud of our industry-leading 97% customer satisfaction rating and our unwavering dedication to a customer-first experience. About the Role The Maintenance Window Deployment Team are looking for an experienced Program manager to help us drive improvements across our Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments. This individual must have strong collaboration skills, can drive both large and small initiatives to completion and navigate the constantly evolving landscape of a highly innovative teams who are dedicating to building resilient solutions.You will be responsible for leading our Maintenance Window planning and retrospective activities, tracking all improvements identified week on week and liaising with our many service teams to ensure solutions are put in place in a timely manner. You will also work with teams to proactively identify areas of improvement and drive these projects through to completion. About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience in Program Management 5+ years experience with collaboration tools (i.e. Jira, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Miro) 5+ years experience in Business operations or planning function at a large enterprise company Bachelors Degree in related field Other Qualifications Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve strategic goals Excellent program management skills with the ability to build and implement actionable plans with detailed timelines and to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data to provide meaningful insights that can be translated into action Strong organization and time management skills Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
