We provide our clients with solutions to all their insurance needs ranging from home and motor insurance, to complex commercial business packages and we also provide a full range of health, life, pension, and investment products. We are seeking to recruit a Senior Claims Executive to join our growing claims team. The role will consist of handling a portfolio of claims in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated, and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.Main Duties and responsibilities: Dealing with clients to the satisfactory conclusion of their claims.Analyse coverage and policy terms to determine claim eligibility and applicability.Collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties to facilitate the claims process.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage clients, acting as their main point of contact for claims-related matters.Prepare and submit claims reports and documentation to insurance companies, adhering to established timelines and guidelines.Provide Risk management advice to clients to improve claim experience, and flag concerns and issues. Negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair and favourable settlements for clients.Manage a portfolio of complex insurance claims, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims handling and insurance policies. Flag any learning points to account handlers.Review and interpret a wide variety of policy documents to ensure favourable outcome for clients. Candidate Requirements: Minimum CIP Qualified or working towards qualification.Strong customer focusMinimum 2 years’ experience either in Claims or Commercial InsuranceAbility to work on own initiative and in team environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage terms, and claims processes. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the claims management function. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as excel/word and claims management systems. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Possess the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issues.
