Technical Product Manager – Platform and Architecture

Purpose of this Position As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software platform. Your responsibilities will span across platform architecture, system performance, security, and strategic transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to drive excellence in our product offerings.Job Functions: Platform Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear platform product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with technology teams to build data tools for extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources. Analyse market research, customer data, and competitive insights to inform platform decisions.Product Ownership: Act as the product owner within an agile team. Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and API interface design for new and existing platform functionality. Make data-driven decisions to enhance platform features and performance.Security and Compliance: Monitor cyber security vulnerabilities and ensure timely mitigation. Oversee database upgrades and third-party Java library updates. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.System Performance: Continuously assess and optimize overall system performance. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate that the product meets performance metrics.SaaS Transformation: Drive the transition to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Identify opportunities for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Reporting and Business Intelligence: Lead the delivery of a new reporting and business intelligence framework. Gather feedback from developers and stakeholders to refine and improve the system.Stakeholders Engagement: Engage frequently with internal and external customers, including advertisers, agencies, and business intelligence teams. Develop a deep understanding of business processes and needs. Key Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, MBA, Business, Management, Software Engineering, Marketing, Science, or Technology.Certifications (Preferred): PMP, GIAC, SANS, GSEC, OSCP, CISSP, SCRUM, UX, DNS, AWS.Skills:Proficiency in platform technology and architecture.Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.Knowledge of Azure, big data platforms, and relevant tools and applications.Hold a valid EU work visa Note: By applying to this role, you give voluntary consent to Deep Pool Financial Solutions to process your personal data as your name, surname, permanent residence, telephone number, email address and any other data listed on your CV.
