Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: DOE Job Description: Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following: Preparing and managing budgets and schedules for construction projects Conducting quantity takeoffs and measurements Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations Managing risk and providing commercial advice to the project team Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction contracts and procedures Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Chance to make a real difference in the construction industry If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the construction industry, we would love to hear from you.
