Job description for Hygiene Operator: Reporting to the Hygiene Manager the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame in all production areas.Working nights and including Sunday as working week. Adherence to procedures GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping, Good Housekeeping is essential. Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs. Following chemical training completed. Following sequence of cleaning training completed. BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day: HR Metrics - Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business: Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels. Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts. Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures. Work towards achieving all key company goals and objectives by obtaining daily metrics: Daily GMP Scores Training/Flexibility Timekeeping/Attendance Health & Safety Audit ready every day. Knowledge Will have experience in a Food manufacturing environment / Hygiene Team Knowledge of the procedures used in a Food manufacturing environment. Experience Should have experience in an Food manufacturing environment Skills The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious. Work towards the companys key goals and objectives by meeting all daily metrics. Good Interpersonal Skills (ability to work with people effectively) Good Communication skill Team Player, works well with colleagues to do what is best for the Company as a whole.
