DescriptionCampion Insurances Ltd part of PIB group, one of the largest brokers in Ireland are pleased to share the following role within the PIB Group in Ireland based in Campion Insurance, PortlaoisePersonal Lines Customer Service Executive. This role is available with an immediate start/asap on-site in our Portlaoise office. Competitive salary in-line with experience along with an attractive benefits package. Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by handling each query in a timely manner, taking and making a high volume of calls, closing sales, negotiating terms with insurers where necessary and communicating with senior management daily. Identifying any barrier to sales/renewals that arise and communicating these to the business. Paying attention to detail and ensuring customer information is correct and validated with each interaction. Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role required, training and call scripting provided where necessary. Immediate /asap start for the successful candidate.Core Responsibilities· Through excellent customer service generating sales.· Overcoming objections, closing sale.· Chasing leads provided by the marketing team· Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.· Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate· Processing renewals & Mid-term adjustments· Answering incoming sales & customer service calls.KPI's Achieving Renewal Income Retention targetsGenerating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health productsGenerating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial DepartmentsDelivering Excellent Customer ServiceMaintaining the highest compliance standards Key Qualifications & Skills required CIP or APA Personal General InsuranceRELAY software experience desired but not essentialProficient Microsoft office skills desired Personal Attributes Personable and sociableProfessional styleCompetitiveSocially confidentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high levelExemplify positive customer service behaviours and promote a culture focused on ensuring customers’ needs are metThrough leading by example, fosters the highest standards of ethics and integrityAmbitious and results orientatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
