The CompanyMy client is one of Galway's best known pubs with a vibrant music scene and large customer base.Responsibilities Welcoming customers and directing them to appropriate seatsMaintaining knowledge of menu items and restaurant specialsTaking and delivering customer ordersPreparing bills and processing customer paymentsWorking with colleagues to fulfill food orders and ensure customer satisfactionTaking customer feedback and communicating it to managementCommunicate any concerns to management Requirements Minimum of 1 years experience in hospitalityExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essentialMust enjoy working as part of a teamA positive, can-do attitudeMust have great attention to detail and communication skillsFriendly & Energetic personality Job Types Available : Part-time & Full-time Schedule: Weekend availability Experience: hospitality: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
