At the same time, we are committed to facilitating and enabling a digitally connected healthcare environment which works towards connecting primary and secondary care software systems and with the ultimate goal of advancing patient care.Outline of role:We need a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in customer experience, innovation and experience design. The right person will have practical knowledge and the ability to write detailed digital and experience proposals and produce mock-ups and wireframes of proposed solutions programming on large established projects as well as the ambition, initiative and the ability to work well as part of our Sales and Technology Teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes the role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. As part of the team you will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.Requirements: Experience working across the innovation project lifecycle from customer research and insight generation to idea generation and prototyping through to agile delivery.Relevant experience in UX or Product Design, profound understanding of design in general and comfortable with related design disciplines like Visual Design, IA, UI design, Service Design, Business Design, and Organisation Design.Proven experience with Design Systems, grid frameworks, delivering to and creating style guides and other responsive design experience.Experience working alongside developers in a continuous and iterative way (ideally as part of an agile team, e.g. Scrum).Experience of running design workshops is desirable.Knowledge of UX design research skills across qualitative and quantitative methodologies and experience in how to use them effectively in collaboration with others.Recognised Degree or similar experience (essential).Proficient in Sketch, Adobe CS, Invision and other design related tools. Person Specifications: Should have previous experience in a customer experience, innovation, experience design or digital transformation role in a medical or healthcare environment is desirable.Ability to write detailed digital and experience consultancy proposals and produce mock-ups and wireframes of proposed solutions.Excellent written English and attention to detail, in all forms of content.Commitment to clients and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insight, design and critical thinking.Shows creative intuition, able to apply a wide range of Design Thinking techniques, able to deliver innovative conceptual thinking, whilst also having the right analytical and technical mind-set and skills to work out the details to deliver real value to clients.Very comfortable in a consulting role and experienced with a client-facing position, including leading client workshops and developing and delivering strategic recommendations.People-centred from research through to delivery Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and implement new designsOptimize existing user interface designsTest for intuitivity and experienceCommunicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectivesDevelop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutionsCombine creativity with an awareness of the design elementsCreate prototypes for new product ideasTest new ideas before implementingConduct an ongoing user research Core Competency: Required Ability: Communication Be able to communicate clearly in an efficient manner.
