We are looking for a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our product and teams.We need inquisitive and hardworking engineers who proudly contribute clean code and collaborate efficiently with various team members. The software you write will have an impact on millions of people around the world! About the Role As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer, you will:Write and maintain robust, efficient and extensible code using a varied set of languages, frameworks and tools including Xpresso, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Cypress and Jest.Deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and in-depth code & design reviews.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ideate, prototype, plan and deliver exciting capabilities.Advocate & champion best practices in both software engineering & agile development.Build proof of concepts to help craft the future success of our product.Mentor, coach and learn from peer teammates through workshops, pair programming, code/design reviews and documentation.Be an excellent teammate, placing the team's collective success as the highest priority. About You Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field4+ years of experience building enterprise level web applicationsObject-oriented development experience; building tried applications, developed in languages such as; Java, Kotlin, C#, Python or JavascriptFront-End development experience; crafting RESTful Web applications, developed within the React ecosystemOther Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf directed and highly motivatedAbility to build strong, trust based multi-functional partner working relationships.Experience with WCAG and accessible UI developmentExperience with Jenkins is a plus Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
