We also provide a full range of health, life, pension, investment and mortgage products.Customer Service Executive - Personal LinesWe are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in our Tullow office . The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.Key Responsibilities Achieving Renewal Income Retention targetsGenerating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health productsGenerating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial DepartmentsDelivering Excellent Customer ServiceMaintaining the highest compliance standards Key Qualifications & Skills required CIP or APA Personal General Insurance or working towards the examsRELAY software experience desired but not essentialProficient Microsoft office skills desiredExperience working in insurance broker or insurance company an advantage Personal Attributes Personable and sociableProfessional styleCompetitiveSocially confidentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high levelExemplify positive customer service behaviours and promote a culture focused on ensuring customers’ needs are metThrough leading by example, fosters the highest standards of ethics and integrityAmbitious and results orientatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
