We are responsible for the product strategy for our technology platform, which is the foundation for the Workday application. About the Role We're looking for a passionate, driven Product Manager who can help us craft and execute on our SRE strategy. The person in this role will play an integral role in an exciting next step for our core technology platform.They will drive roadmap priorities and work with distributed internal engineering teams to define and deliver features.If you are passionate about Technology and Cloud Platforms, if you love a collaborative, inclusive environment and if you are empathetic to the users of your products, we would love to hear from you. About You Basic Qualifications for Product Manager. 4+ years in a Product Management role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major Other Qualifications Platform Product Management Experience Excellent analytical abilities, including exploration, research, and measurement and monitoring Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills Ability to clearly articulate requirements and prioritize requests Easily navigate between technical and business concepts Experience with Scrum and other Agile development methodologies Passionate about Developer Experience Passionate about building reliable, available and secure systems Embraces new technologies and always seeking a deeper level of technical understanding Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) Experience with IaaS providers like AWS, GCP and Azure Experience with SRE Practices Familiarity with Infrastructure and Container Orchestration Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
