The Opportunity As part of our growth strategy for the business, we are currently looking to recruit a Client Support & Office Administrator to join our consulting practice and support the team. Working within an experienced team, the role of Client Support & Office Administrator will focus on supporting our HR and Employment law consultant team who manage our extensive retainer client base. This role plays an integral part in the day to day management of the office in Blackrock and also provides for the opportunity to support on a diverse range of HR projects which will support you developing your career in HR and ER.Why Adare Human Resource Management? We are a leading, progressive and expanding professional services Company with excellent career development opportunitiesAs an integral part of the smooth running of our business, the role of the Client Support & Office Administrator works alongside a talented team of Consultants supporting our clientsThis hands-on position offers a career opportunity for a passionate professional looking to thrive in a busy and challenging work environment within HR consultancy Location: Head Office in Blackrock, Co Dublin, Predominantly office-based roleJob Status: Permanent, Full Time Reporting to: HR Services ManagerReward: Leading Market Salary; Performance Bonus; Educational Supports; Career Development Opportunities; Flexible Working Hours; 27+ annual and company leave daysJob Responsibilities: Client Support & Office Administrator First point of contact between clients and senior staff, providing clear, concise, polite and timely communicationActively manage phone calls and correspondence from clientsReviewing policies and employment contracts in line with Employment legislation and regulationsSupport and advise clients on specific HR /HS matters as necessary and in line with capabilitiesSupport as note taker for consultancy projects; investigation and disciplinary meetingsMaintains complex and sensitive client records, documentation, and filesHR, Employment Law and Health & Safety administration as required for clients across a diverse range of sectorsActively managing client onboarding and account set up, contractual agreements and management of Docusign systemMaintaining documentation and preparing reports as required to ensure compliance and support the wider team and business deliverables as requiredResearch and HR article writingMaintain office, office supplies and stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for suppliesReceive, sort, and distribute the postManage and coordinate meetingsContributing to and supporting our engagement calendar initiatives The successful candidate will need the following qualifications, experience and skills to meet the demands of the role:Qualifications A primary degree, preferably in HRCIPD qualification desirableIdeally Post-graduate Diploma in HR / Employment Law / Employment Law Diploma Law Society Experience At least 1-2 years relevant HR / Administration or coordinator role within a busy environmentExposure to a professional/corporate environment Skills Excellence Committed to understanding, delivering, exceeding and taking accountability for our work and our client needs.
