Have you a track record of developing good commercial relationships with other tech and professional services companies?Are you experienced working with or working in a SAAS business with the capability of hockey stick growth worldwide?Can you develop good training and marketing materials and programmes to assist our professional partners to sell more?Would you like to work and live beside the sea and surf?This new role that will report to the CEO and the successful candidate will work with the CEO in developing our Professional and Tech Partner Strategy in line with our technology roadmap. While we develop great software why reinvent the wheel when we can forge great relationships? Get to market really quick with great features and driving the valuation of our company exponentially must excite you!You will have to have a minimum of 8 years + experience in a commercial partnership/marketing role in a high growth company selling software or services to the tech professional services or not for profit sector. We would like you to be well educated in commercial business and marketing, as we are in tech and HR capability and trends.We are not looking for a person who wants a job we are looking for someone who will see this move as a new way of living and working. Based Lahinch Co Clare a seaside town which has 650 people in the winter time and 10,000 people in the summer time. This SAAS solution is active in 44 countries in the tech, professional services and not for profit sectors. Most of the companies clients are HQ'd in the UK or Ireland but we have US market entry planned for 2017.While the role is based predominantly based in Ireland you must be prepared to travel throughout, Ireland the UK and further abroad if required. If you are not prepared to work hard, and you don't like constantly changing and trying new things until you get things right, I would not apply.We are and will continue to be a disruptor and you will have to enjoy thinking out of the box, trying the zany to get great results, interested get in touch!
