Office Sales administratorDeanta Wood products are looking to recruit an Office Sales Administrator. Over the past decade the company has experienced tremendous growth and currently employs a workforce of over 60 staff. Family owned and managed, we take great pride in total commitment to client satisfaction.Key tasks include: Providing administration support to the outdoor sales team.Dealing with customer queriesManaging inbound orders.Updating our system with ordersCo-Ordinating delivery routes and managing ordersManaging existing customer portfolio and develop opportunities in sales.Achieving agreed sales targets. Competency Profile: Good planning & organisation skillsEffective & clear communicatorMotivated & driven to succeedAttention to detailAbility to identify opportunities to develop businessExcellent interpersonal skills and enjoys a working in a team environment.Excellent computer skillsAccounts experience beneficialEnergetic with a can do attitude The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ sales and customer service experience as well as B2B experience. The person will need to be experienced in using Microsoft Office, Sage and Online ordering system and have a full clean driving licence. This is a busy role and occasional travel to customer sites in Ireland maybe required.If you are hardworking, conscientious and have a good phone manner with relevant sales experience then this could be the job for you. Working in a team environment in an established, vibrant and growing company, it’s a great opportunity to take ownership of the role and make it your own.The role is based in Curraheen, Tralee, Co.
