Role: Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent - WFH in Ireland Location: Work from home Office: You can work in their Dundalk office OR you can work from home anywhere in Ireland Salary: Basic 24,000 Euro gross p/a Company Overview Our client is a Multinational Promotional Products Company providing expert knowledge and essential Promotional Products for Professionals and Businesses worldwide. Their workforce is from over 30 different countries with 19 working languages, we give on-going training to provide you with the tools to be successful. Job Description As a Customer Service Agent you will receive incoming calls and emails from business clients in Norway and you will answer queries in relation to products, orders and deliveries. You will cross and upsell when you can and be able to build rapport. Attention to detail is very important as you will be sending the orders to the print department and there will often be messages and phrases printed on their goods. Other responsibilities include: Build strong business relationships Work closely within a team, teamwork is very important Handle sensitive customer data responsibly Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily Job requirements Customer Service experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid training Remain Professional under pressure Strong communication and computer skills Self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personality Be open and coachable, be persistent and a good team player Fluent in Swedish and English Benefits First day welcome and induction Fully remote - Work from home option Mon to Fri 39.5 hrs per week, 7.30 am - 4.30 pm (depending on language) - no weekends!
