Our abilities lie in combining the most robust Infrastructure and the correct software to help greatly improve our customer’s efficiency, profitability and competitiveness.We are currently looking to recruit a Professional Service Engineer with exceptional technical, customer services and organisational skills.Roles and responsibilitiesDesign configure and installation of the following: HP PC’s and LaptopsHP SwitchesMicrosoft Office 365 (Exchange online)Microsoft Office 365 (Teams/SharePoint and OneDrive)HP PrintersSonicwall Capture ClientAzure backupSonicWall FirewallsSonic Points – WAP – Guest and InternalSonicWall VPN – Global and SSLOther adhoc projects In addition: Assist sales to scope projectsBasic reporting for customersDocument projects update run books Other key factors All customers in Dublin area – rare overseas assignments Participate in process improvement opportunitiesSome projects require out of hours (evenings /weekends) where customer can’t have downtime Character Well-groomed, neat appearanceExtraordinary interpersonal skillsAbility to "read" the customer and modify behavior/approachMust have excellent communication and customer service skillsLogical thinker with excellent project management skillsAble to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritise own timeAttention to detail Technical Skills Microsoft Windows 10Microsoft Server 2016 administration McAfee/SonicwallUnderstanding of switching, firewalls and routingPractical understanding of Core TCP/IP networking and networking protocolsGood understanding of DNSExperience with Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business Other 2 to 3 years’ experience in a diverse technology and customer service-focused roleRelevant 3rd level qualification desirableClean license and own transport is required Salary/Benefits Enclave strives to offer an enjoyable work experience where your development and success is a part of ours.
