Join us in our mission to provide top-notch security solutions globally. Role Summary : We are looking for an amazing mid-level Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic R&D Team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of ACRE Security's software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security. What You’ll Do : In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following Develop and maintain ACRE Security (TDS software) products. Investigate, document, and resolve customer requests and engineering issues. Participate in code reviews and implement improvements. Test and create test cases for software implementations. Manage internal source control and engineering tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. What You'll Need to be Successful : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software developer. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS or J-Query. Previous experience with Source Code Management tools such as GitLab or GitHub. Proficient in SQL and experience with SQL extensions such as PL/SQL. Exposure to a commercial RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server. Knowledge of other programming languages including Java and C++ is a bonus but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility in responding to changing project requirements. Strong technical skills in software design and development, with an eye for design layout and usability. Attention to detail in all aspects of software development. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Comfortable working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
