They are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join their team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.About the Role:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. You will leverage your expertise in Python and Django, along with cloud computing principles, to create robust and efficient solutions. Additionally, you will lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable applications using Python and Django.Architect and implement data models, APIs, and backend services.Utilize PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and analysis.Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.Mentor junior engineers and foster their growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in software development with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.Proficiency in agile methodologies.
