We are looking for a dedicated Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.Job Description: We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to mange and process customer orders. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Taking orders over the phone, vie email and through voicemailProcessing orders for the required delivery dayHandling customer queries and providing timely resolutionsCommunication with various departments to answer customer inquiries effectively Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously Process customer orders with attention to detail and accuracyAddress customer questions and concerns, providing clear and helpful responsesLiaise with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and issue resolutionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ideal Candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written EnglishPolite and professional phone mannerStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
